I started working out and lifting weights at 19 and quickly fell in love with the process—not just the physical changes, but the discipline it built in every area of my life. Training taught me consistency, accountability, and how showing up daily compounds over time. What began as a personal outlet turned into a lifestyle and a mindset I carry into everything I do. Now, I’m passionate about helping others experience that same sense of strength, confidence, and structure—using fitness as a tool to build a better life, not just a better body.
